Capital Projects

The Capital Projects Division is responsible for the County's Capital Projects Program. The capital program provides for all engineering and construction of the County's capital projects. The capital program includes all county owned real properties located at the Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center, New City Government Center, Fire Training Center, Rockland Community College, Cemeteries and Parks. The capital program is administrated by the Director of Facilities Management.
