MS4 Annual Reports
Facilities Management oversees the MS4 program for implementation and enforcement of a program to attempt to reduce the discharge of pollutants from our small Non-Land Use Control MS4 to the maximum extent possible. The ultimate goal is to protect the water supply and satisfy the water quality requirements of the Environmental Conservation Law and Clean Water Act. Facilities Management inspects and maintains the county's storm sewers and outfalls located on county properties.
