Procurement Performance Management is a collaborative effort between the Department of General Services – Purchasing Division and its internal business partners. Performance Metrics have been established to measure the ongoing effectiveness of procurement initiatives related to the Purchasing Division's Strategic Business Plan, process efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with County Procurement policies. Utilization of specific performance metrics enables the Purchasing Division to quantify results of business goals such as training, technology, contracting compliance, cost containment, and other tangible benefits that result in significant Return on Investment (ROI) for the County. Listed below are procurement performance metrics that track performance and accomplishments. The data will be updated on or about the first week of each quarter.
